Ok I acclimated mine for 3 hours. I also got one male and two females. If it makes you feel any better, my male also hid for a day before getting used to the tank. How big is the tank they are in?

How long did you acclimate the fish for? Which Anthias did you get? There are many different Anthias available in LFS and not all are easy to keep/acclimate.

Jon Not sure which club you mean. If you mean NJRC I am a member for 3 months now. The tank is setup for about 2 months. The skimmer is Euro-reef RSA 180, 45 gallon sump/fuge combo and light is 6 feet - 8 39w bulb and 6 LED moonlight - T5 (Aquaticlife). Sunny

It is actually a rubber band. I attach a piece of Nori to that rock with rubber band and drop it in. The flame and the coral beauty nip on it all day.

How big is your DT and how much rock do you have in it?

Pseudanthias squamipinnis. Trop has them , both males and females.
