I emailed him and asked him for the 4 parts. Glasses, flashlight, filter and flash piece. In retrospect I think you can do without the flash piece.

I have a filter that goes on the lens and a cover for the flash. I don't really care for the flash part. I prefer to use their flashlight. The goggles are cool so that you can look at the tank without looking through the camera. Helps you to identify the corals you might want to photograph.

Clowns have a really good slime coat in general and will be the last to show (if at all). It is a good sign that the fish are clear more than not. Hopefully they'll keep fighting the fight and will be "ich free" in no time. Keep up feeding heavily and good water changes frequently.
