Alright, so as of about a week ago, I was a big fan of Ecotech Vortech pumps, I have an MP40 plus the WXM module for my Apex to control it. I was about to participate in a group buy and I added an MP60 to my order. Then I found out that Ecotech doesn't allow retailers to discount their products...

My coralline always used to die off when I changed out my halides... Didn't like the extra light? Seemed ironic, but it was predictable.

What time that day? Maybe you can do both. It's right near city hall, you can get hitched, go pick up some corals, and then spend the night acclimating.

Just on/off (they start soft in the correct direction, unlike Koralias), and you can dial them down manually. Just not dynamic. Sticking to my guns here, going to make these work, since there are two MP60s for sale elsewhere on this forum. Apex should control these just fine.

Yeah, they're not quiet compared to other propeller pumps. Their only plus is their low heat and wireless. Though in reality, the control isn't all that... You'd mostly want to run them full on, full off anyway, except they make WAY too much noise full on, so you have to ramp them up and down...

Churn seems way too high on the GFO, it's going to grind itself to bits. I don't know what the pellets are supposed to run at, but I'd expect that to be too high for them too.
