Would I be able to do away with the inlet assembly and replace it with a filter sock holder and sock?
Something like this...
I'm like a zombie today. Wife is sick so I have been taking care of the baby. He's been sleeping through the night for the most part but when I took over, he's up every half hour......go figure. ::) Sucks that I sit behind a desk. Gonna be a long day.
You know what?? That is such a simple solution, that I didn't think of it. I wish I was kidding but i'm serious about my stupidity. ::)
This brings on the next question.... Since this opens up a whole new aspect, any decent ones that work well but won't leave my wallet lonely?
Sorry guys, been busy today. Tank size is 75. It's to replace the one on this wet/dry. The Pro 150.

I measured the area and deducted the space that the inlet baffle takes up. A pump can fit underneath the inlet baffle though. I'm not sure that when...
I have a rock around soft ball sized that is COVERED in stalks of Kenya Tree. When they are all open, they have to cover close to an 8" to 10" area on the left side of the tank. I think it's time to get rid of some since I have more than I want now. I would like to trade the rock on the far left...

That IS good news. Hopefully I can hold out. It popped off the faucet yesterday due to the shady threads. That was fun explaining to the wife why the kitchen ceiling was wet. ;D
This is what I have been using with an additional adaptor for the sink. The plastic threads are getting stripped.

Where can I find a good sink faucet adaptor for R/O units? I can't tie mine in under the sink and have been using a plastic garden hose adaptor that is becoming stripped from taking it on/off the sink faucet. Looking for a good quick connect/disconnect method.
I added enough salt for the batch before adding any water. I make the same amount each time and use the same mark on the can for water. It's been mixing for almost two days with a powerhead. The salinity is 1.023 in the can....right where I normally have it...
