Drill a hole just big enough for a piece if airline in the 90 on top of the standpipe and put a piece of airline in until it stops dumping. Or cut the stand pipe down and build a durso with a T a cap with a small hole drilled and a street 90. Like this: Either way should fix the issue

Like everyone said the rubble and cheato are plenty. If you really want to add something else you can do some different macros like red gracilaria or ogo which is another type of gracilaria. The gracilaria can double as some food for your tangs, most love it.
