Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Might want to budget/consider fans for the lights.
I think if you have four ph's in the tank - depending on the temp in your house - I don't think you'll need heaters - but certainly safer to have one (and a hot swap).
With a possible 4 phs in the display, I personally would go even slower...
Re: Attention: Show us your FTS (Full Tank Shot, in case you don't know the term
Mark your tank is a LOT better looking than the pics you posted...
I could try and photoshop some a little...still not what I saw but a bit better: (it's still a tad too green, I'll have to come back and take a...
LOL....unfortunately in 1883 the phillies (or any other team) didn't play 162 games. It wasn't until 1962 (the first year the Mets joined) that there were 162 games to play.
So if you do the math...the phillies have a .469 winning percentage.
The mets have a .476 winning percentage.
End of...
Re: Attention: Show us your FTS (Full Tank Shot, in case you don't know the term
that is a really interesting idea...do you find it distracts much from the display?
agree with chase...
We lost 12 games to the phils...(though maybe my addition may be off)...
9/20 - we lost to the marlins when we were up 7-4 in the 9th inning (albeit wagner was hurt).
To JohnS's point though...Omar traded away bannister (12-9) to kansas city - for an unknown bullpen guy...
ouch sorry to hear that. Do you know if it was able to breath while stuck? Most likely it is just stressed from the experience.
Curious if the issue was that it got stuck there and is now showing ill symptoms or if it was feeling ill and then it got stuck. Will never know for sure I guess...
The half-empty side of me thinks that the amoeba could easily be here in NJ dormant - waiting for the right temps to appear.
The half-full side of me considers that only - 23 ppl have died between 1994~2004. To give you some odds/perspective - I'd imagine more than 2 people die from getting hit...
Not so sure I want to go public with this - but Mets fan here - and pretty miserable. Not much to say. The red eyes of David Wright says it all.
Congrats to the phils.
i'd go with the latter...when I lived in nyc and my space was tight, I kept the sump on one side (berlin - 12 gallons) and the other side held my top-off water (just a 5 gallon bucket). The 12 gallon (12 inches) just barely fits the 55 (12 3/4). I don't recall ever taking that thing out after...
I didn't notice the Holocanthus clarionensis until mentioned in this thread. Aren't they extremely rare/endangered?
If that were the case - (and this guy did say he was in the "fish business") - isn't it a bit unethical - no matter how you cut it - to have one in a tank? Shouldn't we as...
Billy -
do you still have that 210g for sale? I saw a guy on this thread:
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1212887 talk about having his eye on a 210g with stand/canopy for $1500. Maybe you could convince him to get yours instead...
