Little late on this one, I feed my BTA with rods food and it is doing just fine. If I find I have a meaty piece that I don't think will fit in my fishes mouth (even though they try), I shoot it over to the bta and it eats it pretty easily. You don't have to feed a BTA daily, I try and hit it...
We have the Giesmann midday 6000 bulbs in our tank and there is not a yellow tint at all. We have two of them with two powerchrome actinic plus 22k bulbs. We love the way it looks, more white than yellow and when the blues are on alone the corals really pop.

I can act as the drop off point if need be. I live about 5-10 mins (two turns) off of exit 98 and can hold anything there. The town is Brielle, I would just have to work out a time, I work until about 5ish but only work 5 mins form the office so I can run home for the drop off. I have two tanks...
