Thinking about changing my lighting, questions.

I currently have the oceanic 30g cube, dimensions 20x18x21, and have a geismann 250w MH pendant over it. I bought the whole thing as a package so i did not think to much about the lighting at the time. I have had the tank for almost one year and I am not totally in love with the lighting. I have...

    Moving Question

That would be a very tough move out of state. The main thing is keeping temperature under control through the move. The drive down to florida is long and that would be the hardest part. The easiest way to do it would be to set up a tank down there in Florida and have it running before you moved...

Get a Blu-ray player (or PS3) to go with it. Blu-ray is absolutely amazing on a 1080p TV.

White or Black Sand for my new 60G.

Regular sand, IMO, will be much easier for you than the crushed coral. About a year or so ago we switched two of our tanks from crushed coral to sand and really liked the change. The negatives of crushed coral are that they can trap junk which leads to higher nitrates and it is much harder to...

    Tank raised Bangaii's at Tropiquarium

Was in there last night and they got in about 15 tanks raised cardinals. The 25% sale is still going on. They also got in some helfrichi firefish, blue spot jawfish and a gold heart trigger. They have not had tank raised bangaii's in about 2 years so if you are looking for them they are there.

    Fish Suggestion

The lamaracks and bellus angel are of the swallow-tail group of angels that are the most reef safe. Most angels that people have trouble with are the dwarf species or the truly not reef safe larger angels. I think you will be ok with a lamarack (you could even get a pair). They will also...

Filter ideas for new 60 G.

Have you thought about a skimmer? You can get a good HOB skimmer used for around $100. We have two running in our living room and don't mind the noise at all.

One of Nicole's dresses might cover up a leg, maybe two. Not a pretty sight for anyone involved (and why ruin a good dress). ;D
