Unfortunatly for nano owners there really is not a small fish that takes care of algae the way say a tang or foxface would. Dwarf angels will pick at algae on your rocks but don't really eat algae (especially nuisance algae). The only nano sized fish I can think off of the top of my head that is...
I was trying to keep the cadence of the singing comparable through the whole thing. Trying to replace the correct amount of syllables was kind of hard. I had been thinking about this for a while so some of them were all ready done, other were tough.
On the first day of Christmas,
my LFS sent to me
A clownfish in an anemone.
On the second day of Christmas,
my LFS sent to me
Two flying fish,
And A clownfish in an anemone.
On the third day of Christmas,
my LFS sent to me
Three French grunts,
Two flying fish,

I am probably going to order another pheonix 14k (which I have in there right now, which was installed in June) and then I guess the XM 20k and just see the difference. Back in June I went from a 10k bulb to a 14k, so I have seen the difference there.
I was actually thinking of starting something similiar. I am running 14k right now but looking to move up to 20k (250w de). Which of the bulbs in the buy would you guys recommend? I believe the choices are XM, Ushio, and Reeflux.
We just bought a six bulbs 36 inch fixture from tek for 250. It had the guard but no legs. The legs are like 50-65 anywhere else so add that into the equation. Look for a shield, they will make your life a lot less stressful.
We calibrate our refractometer with fresh RO water (zero reading). I don't think is really matters what number you are calibrating to, as long as you know that number. Even the LFS I bought it at calibrated it in front of us with fresh water. It is always nice to save a bit of money in this hobby.
I have the Oceanic 57 rimless at home right now. Ordered it through Aquaqtic Obsessions. Really impressed with the tank, but it is sitting empty right now.
I take my fish to sit on Santa's Lap, which becomes our Christmas Card. It is so hard to get the little suits on them, but they look so good all dressed up. :D
The directions on the bottle are pretty much spot on, 4 drops a gallon daily for a high nutrient system. My glass also gets less algae growing on it as well, has helped a lot.
Look at pots for plants for your tile. Really cheap and you can get different shapes out of it. When we were down in disney they used a full pot for the clowns to lay eggs in (which they did) and made it easier to move around. If you don't want to use the full pot you can break/cut it up into...
