    Gardening - Habanero Peppers

My bro-in-law just moved in with us and he has two potted pepper plants that are just potted. They are both about 3' tall and have countless peppers growing on them. I think one is habaneros and the other is jalapeno (one has orange peppers, the other is red). Anyway, he seems to have quite a...

Large Green Slimer Colony or Huge Frags

I think that a stipulation needs to be added to the deal though... The purchaser must promise to periodically donate "Big Green Stix" to the meeting raffles! I'm going to miss not seeing them there if not.

    ORA Birdsnest

Have to agree with Jim. Pricing is relative and depends on the purchasers opinion... but Aquarium Center's pricing is about the same as any other LFS I suppose. In the past, I would have recommended that you not even bother shopping there for corals because their frag tanks were pretty sad...

Looking for an anenome for my Percs

I have a sebae anemone and it took about a month or two before my clowns started hosting it... but they never leave it now. Mine has grown to about 16" in diameter, and honestly I'm hoping it splits soon, lol. It's taking over the whole edge of my rockscape.

I've sold all I can for right now. Mods please close this thread, thanks.

    Sand

I think it looks more like wood (hence why it's floating) and it likely just got scooped up off the beach when they were collecting it to go to the bagging plant. It may not be harmful, but I'd take it back just to be safe. You might want to see if there is a batch number or something on the...

6 MONTH OLD 265rr MARINELAND COMPLETE SYSTEM FS IN NNJ

If this is still for sale, could you post or PM me some pics? I have a cousin looking to get into the hobby and he "likes to go big" if you know what I mean. This might be perfect for him.

    FS Hammer coral

Mods split this off of Falconut's FS thread, so I'll add some important info here. As you can see it's a fairly large colony of roughly 50-60 heads. I can cut off various sizes depending on what people are looking for. Prices will be negotiable since I'm really just looking to trim it back...

    FS Hammer coral

I've got some of the same hammer coral available if anyone wants to buy some. I can frag off at least the same size as Craig's for the same price. PM me to coordinate. Here's a pic of the mother colony taken this morning.

    ORA Birdsnest

Using a coral dip (Coral RX, Revive, etc.) could help it too. Dips don't only prevent infestations, they also help with RTN and STN.

    micro bubble battle

I say you skip everything and jump to step 5! Seriously though, if you have a waterfall effect from the fuge, then that could be where the bubbles are coming from too. I was going to mention something about the elbow on the pump intake, but somehow forgot it in my last novel here. Take...

    micro bubble battle

I doubt you are getting many bubbles (if any) due to the baffle arrangement, and I don't think the "Rube Goldberg" bubble trap really matters all that much honestly. The reason I say this is because your pump intake is near the bottom of the sump, and any bubbles that happened to make it over...

    led lighting: cheap prices

Might be a good light for a fuge or maybe a nano. Not sure if the 30 par is good enough for a nano "reef" but fine for fish only. Not sure what to make of this part either... When you go to that link, it says "(NOT TO BE USED WITH PURCAHSE OF LED LIGHTS) use the $9.99 shipping module for...
