Dave gave you some good suggestions. Cardinal fish are peaceful and can school. I have 2 PJ cardinals that are very nice looking.

I would suggest getting two smaller ones; it will help deviate aggression. Eventually the female and male will pair up. Once that is done you have to remove the outcast otherwise it will perish. I speak from experience. Good luck.

Finally got the sink and faucet installed and so far looks good. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The kitchen sink faucet was loose so I decided to tighten it. While under the sink saw that the drain basket was leaking. I figure why break my back under the sink; just disconnect everything and pull it out. Well after doing that saw that the faucet needed to be replaced along with the basket...

I think the point everyone is trying to make is that tap water has many impurities we don't want in our tank. When I used it I fought red slime and you are fighting hair algae. Even if you use RO/DI water you still need to perform water changes. I do 5g to 10g every other week now.

I think that you need to get some GFO or Phosban and start running the reactor again.

I have an old Kent phosban reactor if you need it. I am not sure if I have the pump but will check. Let me know; my zip is 07735.

I bought several turbos and a sea hare. They ate some but stopped most likely because the HA was to long. IMO if it's long no one will want to eat it. Also, I believe Reef central has some info on how to mod that skimmer.
