How long have you had the mandarin? Just wondering because you may need to somehow train it to eat non-live food (difficult but possible). I was only thinking that because I'm not sure if there are enough pods in 20g tank to sustain a mandarin. Good luck!
Sorry- CUC _ clean up crew - do you have anything stirring the sand? Such as serpent stars, nassarius snails, cerith snails, a sea cucumber, conchs etc.
what does your CUC consist of for the sand bed?
At this point you may want to consider adding more flow. Also - not sure but you may run into some trouble down the road with the YT and hippos. In particular the two hippos. They are small now but wait til they get older!
After you uploaded the pic into the gallery, open that pic, then right mouse click on the pick to "copy picture location" (I'm using mozilla so IE may have something different).
Then add the IMG tags and insert the link.
Free webhosting sites like photobucket or imageshack are also...

The one you have depicted is only capable of supporting a 12 gallon nano. You'll have to get something bigger that is an HOB.
