I pull Kenya tree off the rocks all the time, big or small. No problem.

Today the water is 1.021. I always have my receiving tank set at 1.020 and dump the fish right in after 15 mins temp equalization. For inverts it should be 1.026.

If there is a lot of nutrients in the water this might happen. You might want to easy back a little on the nopox. Don’t reduce nutrients too fast.
