Nice pics,hows your flame on the corals? Mine nips on everything,and I feed him a variety of stuff,so I know its not a feeding issue,maybe I should set up a miniature jungle gym to keep it occupied..lol

I second the sea hare,I got one awhile back,best hair algea remover ever,ugly as hec but does terrific,keep it away from filter intakes.. :-[

I have a retro mh setup (magnetic ballast type)all you have to do is change out the socket for mogul base bulb,cheap alternative to "get you going"...later you could change over to a electronic ballast,for around $85

I have had both. The nautilus,you can adjust the waterflow by the "wand"not a bad skimmer,did ok for me,currently I have the red sea berlin,and you have to keep adjusting the airflow,IMO if I had a choice I'd get back the nautilus,gd luck in yr choice

Yikes,glad yr ok,if it makes things any better,a buddy of mine recently hit a cow!! Really messed the truck up,but believe it or not,the cow got up and walked away...

I agree with Mike,I at most times dont acclimate corals,and sometimes (when I feel like livin on the dege) dont acclimate fish,but a few times I did loose a fish,it always taunts me to thinking I should've acclimated.I think too that there is many factors here,ie temp and salinity being at the...
