I've done my tanks with a half and half method...half of whats called base rock,which has no growth of anything,and do the top pcs with "live" rock.or if yr wealthy you could do all live rock..lol (jk) I've seen rock from peoples tanks look really good,ie with lotsa "things like spaghetti...

Ok,doing work on a sump and went to the big orange store for silicone,I hadda read 10 tubes,most say not for aquariums..I asked for help there and they told me they have small tubes of aquarium sealant,but wouldnt ya know they didnt have any in stock,and in little squeeze tubes.I need a gd...

I currently have a flame that "was" reef safe,then one day...well several mnths later,he has eaten more than 3x's his worth in corals :'(

I have a 5 and 10 gal tank if your interested in setting a tank up for them..just let me know
