I'm sorry to say that I lost her today
She had gone to sleep :(
Maybe it was old age or loneliness.
either way , I'll miss her : (
I'm gona run a diatom filter on the tank tonight.
I don't have time right now to go though and answer all those questions for you, as right now that won't help me...
I have a female erectus for 10 + months that has become bloated and stopped eating.
She look healthy , hitched and breathing , but seems extra fat but and i know she turning away food and not eating .. and she never turns away food , so i know theres a problem.
I'm in search of a male for her...

I'll have to get rid of it then.
Funny you think you buy the better expensive timer strip &
their the ones shorting out .
I guess the plastic peg timmers are the way to go.
I bet you can't sit still with all your little fish friends.
There so much fun to watch
I'm...
wow , That's really sad that DHL didn't care.
You had the box clearly labeled Live Coral
so they should have no excuse
to handle your package the way they did
They can Read... It's alive
Man...that sucks
Hi Phil,
I'm using that timer strip from coralife... Is it faulty and bad to use?
What if I have that timer strip plugged into a GFI outlet , then am I safe?
Hey sandee,
It's so convient for me to have to lights turn on & off with the timer
but... safty first !
Have a fun trip :)
It's had to tell in the picture cause it's all open
but mine only has polyps on the top side , it's opened up right now & curled out.
From the back side I can see the bight yellow base ,
but that is mostley covered when opened up.
Look at this picture,
You'll see inside of the curl it's flat...
Really nice piece!
I think I have the same kind in my small seahorse tank.
Mines not open all the time either.
I rember when I first it put it in,

Thanks Wendy ,
I'm a chicken too , That's why I'm asking for advice.
It would be nice to add extra critters ,
If they are good.
hummm..but now I'm confused...
Chuck it or keep it ?
Definity looks like it's in the Chiton family but no exact match yet
Anyne else with advise?
Thanks
Thanks for the link, that's a good one to save
The chiton is proubly what it is.
It's same shape as in the pictures on the link
I guess it has a shell , it's hard to tell being as small as it is.
But it is humped , so i guess that's the shell
None of the pictures match the one I have...
I believe , Slug like ,
The marking resemble legs , but they are not legs.
It was on the glass today before I pulled it out
So, I would belive it would fit in the defination of a slug.
With my eye I don't see a shell.
When I scooped it out and put in the the small cup it balled up in the cup , then it streached out again.
So , I'm thinking , no shell
I think I got it from my new snails I just put in.
Thanks for the input everyone
Sound like red bubble algea an ok thing to have.
