Big day here in hockey camp,
Edwin came over and helped me get my KH Guardian on line. It’s really nice to just look down and see your alkalinity.
but wait that’s not all, we calibrated and set up a dosing schedule for my two part. Busy little beavers we were. Thanks Bud, CA28F2D1-E0EA-41C7-A106-0C13D59D6555.jpegDDF6D41C-4B5E-40BE-BC7E-F343714937DB.jpeg

Tank update, got some fuzz on the riocks that’s getting a little worse so started a bit of gfo to combat the leaching phosphate. Other Then that tank is moving along nicely. Added this guy crazy animalFEF1A2E5-7B89-4D6E-A426-0EEF98B54324.jpeg
Corals are starting to show signs of better color and encrusting with signs of growth. Here’s a couple shots from this afternoon with some background sun

Give it time... small starts are better. if/as they grow the polyps cloned will be adapted to your tank style. I’d say 6 months and your tank will need a bourbon shelf To appreciate the colors

UPDATE!!!
I spent the weekend moving my water makeup station to the garage and out of my tiny under the stairs fish room and man what a pleasure being able to stand and move around while mixing salt and working on my RO/DI filter.
Part of the reason for the move is due to the fact I have to have 3 containers to make water.
I have well water and with that I have Co2 in that well water, when I make water if I don’t bubble that water before I run it through my DI resin I will go through a new reactor full of resin in maybe 75 gallons,
also I have to run a booster pump. All this Equiptment under a staircase, Crazy I shoot a couple pictures when I get home.
tank is hummin along most corals are showing new growth and better color.
had to start running a bit of GFO but now phosphate is undetectable.
KH guardian seems to be dialed in and Alk is pretty stable at 7.48 I’m going to slowly raise it to 8 and hold there for a couple months and see how things do. Jaebo Doser seems to be doing its job with the home made 2 part.
Pictures to come.

Rob the Hawkins echinada is awsome! Let that guy bake in the light and flow and the blue is like a feel you have at the end of a glass of bourbon.
