hands down... SpectraPure's MaxCap system (~90gpd). I can make a gallon of water in 14 minutes at 50 psi inbound. Max Cap DI cartridges are good for about 1200 gallons while a typical resin cartridge is good for 300-400 gallons
as long as you have a controller you should be fine. if its too much, dial the controller back. you might be better off placing the pump in a back corner and aiming towards the opposite front corner to help disperse flow

If your going to go nuts and get a deltec reactor, why not upgrade the skimmer from a ASM. Its not a bad skimmer, but its not a great one either. I think your money would be much better spent on a high quality skimmer rather than a high quality calcium reactor
in addition to everything else,,, blast the rocks regularly with a baster or powerhead, change mechanical and chemical filters frequently, and skim on the wet side. Watch your feedings and rinse frozens foods with RO prior to feeding. Reduce pellet or flake feedings as well.
