I would go with 2 Koralia 3's for LPS and Softies and 4's if you're doing SPS. On my 120 4' Tank I have: On the left side- One K3 and One K2 On the right side - One K3 and One K2 I run the left side for 2 hours and then the right side for 2 hours.. alternating all day. I have One Koralia 4...

The yellow could also be sponge. I have yellow sponge on my rock. Personaly I don't like it but it's benificial, i guess.

I've had mine since the frag swap and the color is getting is bluer and bluer everyday. It's starting to look really good.

Actually Bil uses VHO's ... I think they are T12s. The lighting he gets in his tanks is amazing.
