Very cool! For some of us, that initial investment cost seems pricey. But seeing Darren's tank in person and trusting the results he's getting... I'm beginning to believe that it really is worth it.

First time seeing this thread and wow, what a great build! Love everything about this from the background/location of the tank to the stand design to the aquascape. Can't wait to see this thing all filled up and stocked.

Would you be able to hook one of these up to your natural gas line for the house? That fuel is much cheaper than the typical 20lb bottles you get filled up.... plus it's virtually an endless supply.

I suppose those things could work. I use pod condos made from LR rubble and plastic netting.
