They are grazers and they really need that nori hanging (or lots of algae on your rocks) or they're going to nip at anything they can find.

We used to have T5s on our tank as actinic lighting and when we upgraded the tank it came with VHOs. I like the pop that the VHOs provide MUCH more than the T5s. As supplemental lighting I'd stick with the VHOs.

Give them a few days of heavy feeding and see if it tapers off.

No problem Wendy, how ever they come out of the camera is fine, I just didn't want the cropped down versions, where possible.
