    Web Site Question

I might have it figured out....If I go into New Posts and click on "Recent Posts" on the right (which goes away once I click on it), I get all the new posts, including this one.

    Web Site Question

I believe he's talking about the "New Posts" tab, not the home page posting of new posts. As an example, this post is not in the "New Posts," even though it's the latest post on the home page. I think THIS is the link to New Posts.

    Joel's 175 Gallon Re-build

I think it's a "time will tell" deal with the tangs. Three zebrasomas....might get away with it with the large size of the tank. And I agree, the issue is most likely with the PB being the King in the tank with no other tangs....and the meanest. So agree with pulling him out and holding...

    Throwing around ideas

A 29G with a carpet....that's called wall-to-wall carpet. Carpets that I've seen get real big....unless you go with a mini-maxi, which are petite carpets suited for a nano.

    Fuge light schedule

Here's how light impacts pH.....light causes photosysthesis to occur and in the process the algae consumes carbon dioxide (to be used to make sugars and carbohydrates). The reduction in carbon dioxide from the water (carbonic acid), causes for a rise in pH. In the process, the plants product...

    Poison Ivy?

It would appear to be poison ivy. Poison ivy has mirrored leaves.....that is, drawing an imaginary line down the stem of the plant, the leaves on the right align with the leaves on the left, with the one top leaf. If you were closer, I'd come over with the plant killer (Roundup Off Patent...

    Sobo's Fluval Evo

Large water changes are the way to go on a new tank. Use these chemical methods once you get your numbers way down.

    Sobo's Fluval Evo

Your concurrent rock cure appears to have dumped some major nitrates (and phosphates as well), into your water. Might wish to consider a number of large (50 %), water changes over the next couple weeks to get those numbers down before adding livestock.
