With @art13 being the first NJRC member to use Fluconazole to treat Bryopsis, I just bit the bullet and placed my order for 20 pills. I thought I had hair algae, but some have said, because the hair appears to be on branches, that it's a variety of bryopsis. We'll find out!

Strongly agree with Mark.....fix the problem. Start by a thorough cleaning of the pump. If that doesn't work, buy a new pump and you virtually have a new skimmer. It should only be a couple more bucks over that 30 you have now. This hobby isn't cheap....consider a part time job to support...
