I had something similar in my tank. It more rust colored though. I took a pic with my cell and showed a LFS who is vendor here. They said it was a type of algae and not to worry. Try and get better a pic.
Ryan, try your local Lowes or Homedepot. I know when I was young i would go with my dad to Paterson and bend everything for free just had to wait your turn.
Don't ask me where as I was to young to drive or know where I was.
if you are handy and on a budget this might be up your alley. They give you all the parts just need to assemble it your self.

Welcome aboard. In short the idea of dosing Vinegar or Vodka is that its a source of carbon. This will help reduce Nitrates in the water. There are articles on Reef Central and Reef Keeping on this topic. I believe some of those links are here on a different post.

I tried to tell my wife a new tank against the other wall will allow me to paint the wall where it is now instead of around like I did.

I have three heads of metallic green mushrooms that detached from the main colony. Will trade for other cool shroom or zoas, let me know what you have. It is right in the center of the pic, they are about the size of a quarter each. Pic doesn't do them justice.
