I have one question about LEDs. Mind you I am not getting new lights just curious. I have seen two basic designs; one is where the lights are all in a row and one in which the are arranged in a circle with 4 circles per fixture. Is there any difference between them? I am not referring to brand.

Very nice. I have had similar experience with my softies and zoas. A devil hand coral would not extend any polyps and after dosing vinegar it looks great. Same with some other unknown leather. Even my zoas are brighter and open more/

Very much better. Love the look of the blue plus. My family likes that light blue tint to the water. They tell me it looks more like the blue ocean water you see on TV...LOL

I will probably put the cover back once I make a final decision on what bulbs I want. Plus don't want salt creep on the bulbs. Now that I know how to get the cover off should be easier next time. I still think it could have been designed better.

This light has a terrible design. In order to change the bulbs you have to remove the legs to and then two other screws, one on each side. The glass cover should drop down on a hinge. I did all this and the cover won't move. I scratched the crap out of it trying to pry it open. This unit is junk...
