Too funny...but I agree with Paul, I have a 125 with a 55 sump and didnt do a thing to my flooring.Not that Im saying yr senerio is the same,but for weight you should be fine. We all have heavier items in our homes ie- refrig,waterbeds,several people standing in the same area..best thing would...
Wondering who would drive around with a kid in the front seat unrestrained,and like Nick mentioned,maybe a few guard rails around the tank for protection would of been a good idea..I bet next time that wouldnt be overlooked
Great tanks,I was thinking when I get the tanks in order to go discus,maybe with the 55 gal and have the 125 saltwater..if my wife would let me I'd have a tank or two in every room..lol
If its not possible to remove the fish,I would re arrange the tank(ie rock corals) also feed the existing fish to distract them from the new additions.
I second that on the egrets,here in Jackson we have a grey heron that is wrecking havok on ponds...Best of luck on the pond,great job...(plays song in background) "Here's to you Mr Pond builder bud man"...lol

Opinions needed on the new sump I made.sump from left to right-skimmer/pump return/fuge,on the skimmer side 2 1 1/2" drain lines,on the fuge side 3/4" drain to fuge.Should I use filter socks on all 3 lines or just on the skimmer side?100 micron or 200...if I dont use filter socks what else could...
I agree with steamman,about the fish stressing with mirror,Ive always painted the backs,and eventually inside the tank various coraline algea will grow ie,purples and pinks. Or if you pile rocks that will cover the back.Someone here used magnets on rocks too...
