You should be fine with the mp40 on a 40 breeder. Your glass is not thick enough to really give it an issue. If you line it up correctly, the thing should be very close to silent 90% of the time. Also, being in a 40 breeder you will have the thing at %50 power at best. My mp40s were silent...

If you are close to aquatic obsessions or absolutely fish they have dr gs food which is medicated with praziquantel. This way you can treat the fish in your display without dumping praziquantel in.

I have two dwarfs in a 205 and they fight. If your heart is set on two angels in your tank then your best bet is a pair of the same kind. However, that in itself can be rather risky and tough to get a pair. If I had to pick one I would go with the pygmy out of that group.

Do a search for black egg crate and see if you can find it. People seem to have better luck with it as far as algae growth goes. You don't need to replace it now but down the line you might want to.

And to furthur confuse you I would recommend the Maxspect Mazzaras. Like the Vegas you can have more than white and blue which means you do not need any T5 supplementation. All the bulbs are plug and play with a screw driver (no soldering) which means as new colors come out you can swap them...
