Hey I updated the other day...but yeah I cannot throw stones.

I added my naso and hippo together after their time in lockup together and they get along fine. But watch out the hippo's are correctly named they grow like crazy I have been more then a little surprised.

Thanks a bunch. I feed my tank occasionally so that part I knew...it was the greyishness that bothered me and wasn't sure if my almost direct/direct placement would be a problem. I had a yellow before that I got to much algae on didn't want that to happen again.

I got two ribbon gorgonians I asked this in the thread before.  One was Bright Purple  and the other one was greyish...was wondering if this was a normal reaction like a slime coat?  Also I saw some flesh came off a finger of the greyish one(small amount maybe damaged).  Have seen polyps on both...

I live very close to the train staition too. If you want to take the train it would work great for you. Better adventure aquarium then a jersey of those cursed Red Wings.

Re: My Oceanic Tech 120 and a request for input. I knew I was asking for trouble with the firefish...the pygmy not so much. Open tank just puts a damper on so many fish. I just dose with two parts ...try to keep up and everything tests fairly well.

I am in the same boat as Jim. I like the Catalina 8X54 a lot. Does not run as hot as my 2X54 bulb Nova Extreme.

Why don't you put a WTB thread up and see if someone wants to make one for you? I doubt the cost to make it would be negligable from a 90 to a 120. I seem to remember some guys making some nice stands. Also I think Jim sent me the link where he bought his stand and it was pretty nice too.

I don't really know what it looks like but if you can put some of it to act as a screen door it works well for me.

Pergo or laminate floors are messy with any water that might stand on it. The bamboo floors are really cool and a great green idea I second rfbf idea.

Just a suggestion use eggcrate to partition off cheato if there is not something there. Glad to see another fuge person.
