Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
I am a full believer in T5 lighting, cheaper to buy and run(electricity and likely cooling), thus you are saving energy. You cannot argue with Wendy, her tank speaks for itself. I don't have long term experience but everything is doing well so far in my tank. Go Green!
Congratulations!! I would never have thought you were old enough to be a grandma of 1, I guess they really do keep you young...perhaps 6 is the fountain of youth.
Well if she is selling that tank at that price it would be well worth it.
Here are a couple web sites.

I like T5 lighting a lot better then CP. Or...
I don't know hopefully someone else will chime in with a good skimmer for the tank. I like refugiums so but for that sized tank I will leave it to someone who knows better then I.
Well since you don't have fish how about something a little tricky like a pipefish? Goby? Otherwise what you said sounds good. I like the tank it is very nice. Lets see the 75 too.
reefsandrotts and I are using the same fixture....you can check out my tank thread if you want.
I have the 8 on a 120. I would someday like to go LED but....well I didn't hit the lottery yet.
Hey looks great...yeh get those rocks going...are you doing to have a particular type ecosystem with the tank or mixed reef? It is a pretty cool shaped tank looking forward to see what you do with it.
That is just with my actinic lights only on. Probably just a lousy job by me taking photo's.
Thanks for the compliment, my wife and I are pretty happy with the way it came out.
