I went in to work today. Rt. 42N to Rte 295N to Rte. 38 E was all clear. Some traffic lights out on Rte. 38 between Hartford Rd. and the Mt. Holly Bypass, but they had the crossover's coned off so it didn't affect traffic on Rte. 38 unless you had to get to the other side.

Knock on wood, all is still good here in Blackwood. Been raining all day and winds are getting pretty crazy... but not damage that I'm aware of and power is still on. Hope it doesn't get any worse.

You can use distilled water, but over time, it's cheaper to use RO/DI water.
Distilled water is purified by evaporation, turning it to steam, and then collecting the water as it condenses. This process basically strips all the minerals out of the water because they are heavier than the steam...
An alternative would be to find a battery backup. You might be able to find them at Staples or Office Max, etc. Definitely not as good as a generator, but could give you an extra day of power.
Also, if you have a Vortech pump(s), they make batter backups for just those. They can last up to...
Yea, awesome lil tank. Love how you organized that side cabinet too! Does it get hot in the top section with all the controller equipment? Might not be a bad idea to install a small computer fan to ventilate it.
