    The phoenix bulb is the better of the two imo. The reeflux 12K and Radium 20Ks are other good options. Personally, I lean towards replacing my MH bulbs after 16 months+ and them keep them as backups. But the important question would be why are you looking to replace the bulbs?

    Yes they'll be fine without feeding. When you're looking for the tube make sure you get one large enough for mysis to fit in. Airline might work as well if you have that available. The reason I recommend the rigid tubing is for deeper tanks a flexible tube can lead to cursing.
